So this has been possibly the best weekend for movies ever.  First, I saw Tron: Legacy on Saturday.  Then on Sunday morning, I went to go see Tangled with my 3-year old cousin and her mom and my family.  I normally don't fangirl over animated Disney movies as a general rule, but Tangled is possibly the most adorable, amazing thing since sliced bread!  Flynn reminds me of Remy LeBeau (amusing, since Disney owns both of them, now) and Rapunzel reminds me of my GF's character Dyre.  It was like a gigantic ball of amazingly adorable cuteness.  And Tron: Legacy just stroked all the right fangirl nerdy sides of me in just the right ways.  :boing:

Marvel comics

You know, I used to be a huge fan of Marvel comics.  Ever since I was 8 years old, I've been a huge fan of the X-men, and as I got older, I kept finding more and more of their comics that interested me, even though I took a few years off from reading them when I was a teenager. That being said, I feel that at this point in my life, there's only one thing I can say about Marvel comics:  Fuck.  You. I tried to give them a chance.  After I rediscovered my love of the media in High School and began reading comic books again, I really did like some of the things they were doing.  Some things confused me, but all in all, a lot of things were fun.

Went to go see Avatar with my sister last night.  I've had Na'vi on the brain ever since.  *3*  That movie was so amazing! I have to say, though, it's sad that one of the first things I thought whenever I walked out of the theater, and something my sister agrees with, was "Foreseeing Na'vi Otherkin in 3, 2, 1...!"  I went online afterwards and googled it just for shits and giggles, and yes.  There are already otherkin discussions of the Na'vi.  :wtf: I'm amused at the fact I was right and irritated that it's actually already started at the same time.  Seriously, people.  I know that it's wonderful to lose yourself in fantasy worlds.  And it
